Welcome to www.summedupthreads.com.au (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Site and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • The Site is owned and operated by Summed Up Threads ("we", "us", "our").

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Products

  • Our products are handmade keepsakes, including embroidered ornaments, tags, and crowns. Product details, including descriptions, images, and pricing, are provided on the Site.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

3. Orders

  • By placing an order on the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

  • All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (where applicable).

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

  • Photos and video of orders in the process of making them, or in their final form, may be uploaded to instagram, tiktok, facebook and other major social media platforms under the Summed Up Threads account. This may include the information that you have input into our custom forms during checkout.

  • As our orders are made using primarily a cotton/linen blend fabric, there may be visible irregularity in the fibres of the fabric, which is a result of using natural fibres. This does not constitute a defective product.

4. Custom Orders

  • Our products include custom embroidered keepsakes. It is your responsibility to provide accurate customization details.

  • Custom orders cannot be modified once production has begun.

  • We do not offer refunds for custom orders unless there is a defect in the product.

5. Shipping

  • We ship Australia-wide using reliable courier services. International shipping may be available upon request.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns on non-custom products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds for non-custom products will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

  • Custom products are non-refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Summed Up Threads and is protected by copyright law.

  • You may not use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or our products.

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
